User feedback
User Feedback collects the ratings (1 to 5 stars) and comments that the people who use your devices send from the app or the User Portal.
The page shows:
- your Average rating and the number of responses;
- how many responses gave each number of stars;
- every response, with the user's name and email, the rating, the comment and the date.
Use the search box to find feedback by name, email or comment, and the Rating filter to show, for example, only 1-star responses.
You see feedback from everyone who has at least one of your devices on their account. Feedback is about the user's whole experience, so someone with devices from two companies appears in both companies' feedback.
Feedback cannot be answered here. If a comment needs a reply, contact the user by email, or reply to their support ticket if they raised one.
